We had amazing experience with MO Great Dane / Total Trailers St. Louis working with Chris Pittsenbarger and his Missouri Team.
We had an issue with our trailer hardness to RV plug where our trailer electric brakes were intermittently locking up. Chris put us at ease and walked us through the repair. He understood we were more than 1,000 miles from home and got us in immediately.

I got a ATC trailer from this dealer recently and I have to say the customer service is 5-Star. My sales person was not on the day I came to pick it up but the rest of the staff helped me no problem. Also one of the lights on my trailer had a small issue but they get the tech to fix real quick, plus when the tech got finished I noticed he had taken off his shoes so he didn't mark up the interior of my trailer. Great service and they got me on the road asap.

I will buy another trailer from this location next time. Thanks for actually trying and making sure your customers are happy, rare to find in todays business world - a company that puts the customer first
