I purchased a new dump trailer in October of 2025. Fast forward to early January 2026 I almost completely lost a wheel and tire. Long story short the axle manufacturer had not properly packed the bearing with grease. I had to have a complete replacement axle for the front and new bearings for the rear axle. Total Trailers immediately went to work to help me when I contacted them avout my issue. I was not pushed aside. Thanks again!

Chris P and his team at Total Trailers went above and beyond to help me with my 22ft car hauler. I brought it in for an electrical issue and to have a winch installed. The running lights kept shutting off after about 45 minutes, and I had been chasing the problem for months. They spent over four hours testing it, even hooking it up to Chris’s personal truck to recreate the issue. In the end, they discovered the problem was on my truck’s side and gave me several options to fix it. After following their advice, the trailer worked flawlessly on a 2+ hour trip.

They also installed a winch inside a toolbox I provided, mounting everything neatly and even adding a solar panel on top to keep the battery charged when not in use. Another great suggestion from Chris. I’m beyond impressed with the service and will never go anywhere else for trailer repairs. Thanks again, Chris!
