Great customer service at the parts counter. Eric, Brandon and Brian always have what I need for my fleet of trailers and can also find any oddball parts I need for my repairs as well.

Chris P and his team at Total Trailers went above and beyond to help me with my 22ft car hauler. I brought it in for an electrical issue and to have a winch installed. The running lights kept shutting off after about 45 minutes, and I had been chasing the problem for months. They spent over four hours testing it, even hooking it up to Chris’s personal truck to recreate the issue. In the end, they discovered the problem was on my truck’s side and gave me several options to fix it. After following their advice, the trailer worked flawlessly on a 2+ hour trip.

They also installed a winch inside a toolbox I provided, mounting everything neatly and even adding a solar panel on top to keep the battery charged when not in use. Another great suggestion from Chris. I’m beyond impressed with the service and will never go anywhere else for trailer repairs. Thanks again, Chris!

Chris P. and his guys have worked on multiple trailers of mine. It has been during the work season when they did the work so getting them back asap was critical! They rewired my dump trailer, put new hubs and brakes on. The other trailer needed some serious attention where the frame had cracked in a few spots. They did an excellent job re welding those areas especially one in particular spot that I had welded two other times by another shop and did not hold. They went the extra mile and added an extra support piece and the frame is stronger than ever now!

They do great work and will have you back on the road with your trailer in no time!! Nice work fellas and thank you for the great work!!
