If you are pulling a trailer of any kind and break down anywhere near Total Trailers, do what you can to get to their shop to get your trailer fixed. My wife and I were pulling our horse trailer through when we broke a leaf spring. We called and Stacy answered and said they would get it right in the shop. We were shocked they could get it in so fast.

Darryl worked very hard to find a replacement part and keeping me informed all throughout the process. Jason and Mark worked hard to get the old spring off and get the new one on in record time getting us back on the road. Lucas the manager helped wherever possible and was very accommodating.

We are finally home in WI, and are very grateful for everything they did to help get our trailer repaired. THANK YOU STACY, DARRYL, JASON, MARK AND LUCAS!
